Avner Ofek is an architect, artist and a lecturer in the  department of architecture at Bezalel, the academy of arts and design. He is also a student in the master’s program in the policy and theory of the arts at Bezalel. His thesis deals with the relationship between the building stone in Jerusalem and its symbolism in the local culture.
